The 948 homes will consist of both single family homes and townhomes along the future Wellness Way Blvd. This new thoroughfare will connect to a future extension of Winter Garden’s New Independence Blvd that will give this community quick access to the retail, dining, and entertainment in the Hamlin area. The new development is across 304 acres, some of which will be retained for commercial use in addition to the 948 homes. The already existing McKinney Road will run through the middle of the community and also connect the neighborhood to Avalon Road and Orange County.
There are 216 total town houses planned with the remaining lots divided amongst 40’, 50’, and 60’ lots all with 120’ depths. This community will be to the west of the already planned 1,850 home South Lake Crossings community in Wellness Way link. The developers of each community have been tasked with building their respective sections of Wellness Way Blvd and an extension of Hartle Rd will also run between the two communities. This new community is still in the early stages of planning and will add on to many other communities in the Wellness Way area including Ridgeview, South Lake Crossings, a future 55+ age restricted community, McKinnon Groves, and the Olympus Project.
