Hartwood Landing will offer floorplans from 3 to 6 bedrooms with 2 to 4 bathrooms. The home’s square footage will range from 1,654 sq ft up to a massive 4,170 sq ft! Lot sizes are 40, 50, and 60 foot lot wide with some homesites backing up to conservation. Lot premiums are ranging anywhere from $8,000 up to $40,000.

Hartwood Landing sits on the southwest corner of Hartwood Marsh Road and the future Hancock Road Extension. This convenient location offers quick access to Highway 27 and eventually State Road 429. The Clermont future roads plan includes an extension of Hancock Rd further south where it will eventually intersect with Schofield Rd, which is currently in the process of being paved. Once Hancock Rd is extended and the paving of Schofield Rd is completed, the Hartwood Landing community will have quick access to the developing Hamlin and Horizon West areas. Additionally, Hartwood Landing is on the northern cusp of a new, developing area that will be known as Wellness Way. Wellness Way will be to Clermont as Horizon West is to Winter Garden, and is a name you will see come up again and again in the coming years. Wellness Way will be anchored by the Olympus Project. Olympus will have sports complexes, retail shops, restaurants, hotels, doctors offices, and more. This is expected to create 6000+ new jobs for Clermont.
