Another new community is coming to Lake County! It is wonderful seeing these new neighborhoods pop up and we cannot wait for the growth it will bring to the community! 

Lake County seems to be the go to spot for new construction homes and we are here to provide you all the information so that you can find your dream home!

Roper Trails is located in Mascotte, just North East of Groveland city.

From what we know there is a two phase plan for the community where phase one will include 131 50-foot-wide residential lots for single family homes to be built upon. Although we don’t have any knowledge yet of what the floorplans will be or pricing we can hopefully expect to get more information soon as development continues and bring updates here as soon as we can!

The new community is planned to be south of Big Buff Lake which is conveniently located to many shops and restaurants nearby!

With Mascotte having an abundance of land we can assume there will be plenty of new homes appearing here!
